Rosso Caparzo
From a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Colorino, this Rosso Caparzo is matured for 2-4 months in Slavonia oak barrels of 50/80 hectolitres. The Rosso Caparzo is a wine for the whole meal, particularly suitable for serving with all meat dishes and cheese that is not too ripe.
