La Caduta vineyard enjoys supreme exposure to the west and ground that is particularly ideal for growing Sangiovese grapes.
Scrupulous selection of the grapes from this vineyard is followed by vinification of Rosso di Montalcino La Caduta, matured for a year in French barrels of 7 Hl and 5 Hl and then refined in the bottle for one year.
La Caduta is a fresh wine yet with a sturdy body, intense bouquet, harmony and persistence.
