The place today known as Caparzo was indicated in ancient maps by the names Cà Pazzo or Cà del Pazzo.
This ancient name is given today to a wine made from Sangiovese grosso and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
After 24 months of maturing in barrique, Cà del Pazzo is then refined in the bottle for a year before being distributed.
Ideal for ageing, this is an elegant wine with a good structure and impressive, persistent bouquet.
