Le Grance is the ancient name of a vineyard where Chardonnay grapes and, to a lesser extent Sauvignon and Traminer grapes, are grown.
These varieties create Le Grance, a white wine with a vigorous structure and a big, persistent bouquet.
After refinement in tonneaux of 350 litres for one year and then in the bottle, it matures and improves still further over time, even several years after the harvest.
